Fermentation in tanks, aged 10 months in barrels, bottled the following spring. Manual harvests, traditional and sustainable vineyard work with minimal intervention in the cellar.

0.49 hectare parcel planted in the late 1970s, mid-slope with a very sunny exposure on the left bank of the Serein.
