Monumental gebaut, knackige Noten von Holunder, Pflaume, Beeren, Sandelholz, Tabak, mit einem sehr langen, hellen Abgang.

Vinifikation

Gärung bei 26-28°C in Edelstahltanks. Maischestandzeit: 14 Tage (Merlot), 18 Tage (Sangiovese).

Lese

Hand picked starting from September 13th (Merlot), from October 2nd (Sangiovese). The year 2023 had a mild winter with little rain. Spring was rainy, with temperatures initially below average, then rising rapidly. This favoured an even and steady development of vegetation. The sprouting phase started around 10 April and flowering began on 1 June. Despite the heavy rainfall in the early stages of vegetative development, timely intervention and constant monitoring ensured an excellent harvest.
